Biography

Chris is a founder and volunteer Chair of Wrexham Sounds, a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to transforming disadvantaged young lives through music.
Wrexham Sounds accepts referrals to its Music for Wellbeing service from local agencies, charities, care providers and families – delivered by professionally qualified music therapists, this service enables children and young people with additional learning needs and more complex conditions to develop confidence and skills by expressing themselves. It also provides a wide range of music lessons and musical activities to children and young people unable to access them at school, including courses, workshops and creative clubs tailored to the needs of children and young people facing health, educational and social challenges.
