Biography

Over the last 40, I have been in senior mental health positions as a clinician, educator, UK NHS Manager, Policy Developer and International adviser with WHO and National Governments in Europe, the Middle East, South America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

This has involved designing national mental health policies and managing change from institutions to community mental health services.
